What we are doing
To construct the HS2 Automated People Mover which will carry passengers from Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Station and the NEC to the new HS2 Interchange Station, National Grid Electricity Distribution need to carry out trial holes to confirm location of existing equipment on Pendigo Way and Station Link Road.
The work will require excavating in the landscape bund on Pendigo Way and in a section of footpath on Station Link Road outside Birmingham International Station.
To undertake the work safely, the slip lane on Pendigo Way will be closed and safety signage, barriers and cones installed on Station Link Road from 09.30 until 15.30 during week commencing 14th April 2025.
