Welcome to the track my property case homepage. This is a self-service option to track the status of your property application or claim at any time.
Track my property case was released in Spring 2021, with new features added in Summer 2022. The portal now includes the following features:
- Enabling you and your agents to review documentation relevant to your case
- Interact with your case officer online
- A secure way to share documents
- Submitting your claims online
If you are now eligible for our tracking service, your HS2 case officer will be in touch with details on how to register. If you have not had an invitation to join the portal or do not have access to an email address, please contact your HS2 case officer.
